노동조합 및 노동관계조정법 시행령 제30조(중재재정의 해석요청)

①노동관계당사자는 법 제68조제1항에 따른 중재재정의 해석 또는 이행방법에 관하여 당사자 간에 의견의 불일치가 있는 경우에는 해당 중재위원회에 그 해석 또는 이행방법에 관한 명확한 견해의 제시를 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2021.6.29>
