Enforcement Decree of the Welfare of Older Persons Act, Article 19-2 (Duty to Provide Reasonable Accommodation, etc.)

① 법 제26조의2제1항에 따라 재화ㆍ용역 등의 제공자가 무인정보단말기(터치스크린 등 전자적 방식으로 정보를 화면에 표시하여 제공하거나 서류발급, 주문ㆍ결제 등을 처리하는 기기를 말한다. 이하 같다)를 설치ㆍ운영하는 경우 제공해야 하는 정당한 편의의 구체적인 내용은 「디지털포용법 시행령」 제15조제1항에 따른 조치로 한다. <개정 2025.12.31>
