Enforcement Decree of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act, Article 12 (Standards for Paying the Family Care Allowance)

① 법 제24조제1항에 따른 가족요양비의 지급금액은 재가급여의 이용수준 등을 고려하여 법 제45조에 따라 장기요양위원회의 심의를 거쳐 보건복지부장관이 정하여 고시한다. <개정 2010.3.15>
