Enforcement Decree of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act, Article 15-7 (Dismissal and Decommissioning of Members of the Publication Review Committee)

보건복지부장관 또는 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 공표심의위원회 위원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 해당 위원을 해임하거나 해촉(解囑)할 수 있다. <개정 2020.9.29, 2024.12.3>
