Enforcement Decree of the Act on Registration of Credit Business and Protection of Finance Users, Article 3 (Registration of Changes, etc.)

① 법 제5조제1항 본문에 따라 변경등록을 하려는 대부업자등은 금융위원회가 정하여 고시하는 대부업등 변경등록신청서에 변경 사항을 증명하는 서류를 첨부하여 현재 등록되어 있는 시ㆍ도지사등에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2016.7.6>
