Enforcement Decree of the Road Traffic Act, Article 57 (Postponement, etc. of Occasional Aptitude Tests)

① 수시적성검사대상자는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사유로 수시 적성검사 기간 동안에 수시 적성검사를 받을 수 없을 때에는 행정안전부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 수시 적성검사 기간 이전에 미리 적성검사를 받거나 수시 적성검사 연기신청서에 연기 사유를 증명할 수 있는 서류를 첨부하여 한국도로교통공단에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2015.11.20, 2016.11.29, 2017.7.26, 2024.7.23>
