Enforcement Decree of the Road Traffic Act, Article 71 (Refund, etc. of Tuition Fees, etc. of Schools, etc.)

① 학원등의 설립ㆍ운영자는 법 제111조제1항에 따라 교육생을 다른 학원등으로 편입시키려는 경우에는 행정안전부령으로 정하는 교육이수증명서를 발급하여 교육생이 교육을 받은 사실을 증명하여야 한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
