① 법 제145조제1항에 따라 경찰청장이 수집ㆍ분석하여 일반에게 제공하는 교통정보는 다음 각 호의 정보와 같다.

⑤ 교통정보센터 운영 전담기관의 지정을 받으려는 자는 행정안전부령으로 정하는 지정신청서(전자문서로 된 신청서를 포함한다)에 다음 각 호의 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 첨부하여 경찰청장에게 제출해야 한다. 이 경우 경찰청장은 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 법인등기사항증명서(법인인 경우만 해당한다)를 확인해야 한다.

⑥ 경찰청장은 법 제145조제2항에 따라 교통정보센터 운영 전담기관을 지정하거나 같은 조 제3항에 따라 지정취소 또는 업무정지를 한 경우에는 그 사실을 경찰청 인터넷 홈페이지에 공고해야 한다.
