법 제164조제1항 본문에 따른 국고은행, 지점, 대리점, 우체국은 한국은행 본점ㆍ지점, 한국은행이 지정한 국고대리점ㆍ수납대리점 또는 우체국(이하 "수납기관"이라 한다)으로 한다.
