도로교통법 제70조(도로의 점용허가 등에 관한 통보 등)

① 도로관리청이 도로에서 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 행위를 하였을 때에는 고속도로의 경우에는 경찰청장에게 그 내용을 즉시 통보하고, 고속도로 외의 도로의 경우에는 관할 경찰서장에게 그 내용을 즉시 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2011.6.8, 2014.1.14>

③ 제1항에 따라 통보를 받은 경찰청장이나 관할 경찰서장은 교통의 안전과 원활한 소통을 확보하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하면 도로관리청에 필요한 조치를 요구할 수 있다. 이 경우 도로관리청은 정당한 사유가 없으면 그 조치를 하여야 한다. <개정 2011.6.8>
