도로법 제6조(도로건설ㆍ관리계획의 수립 등)

① 도로관리청은 도로의 원활한 건설 및 도로의 유지ㆍ관리를 위하여 5년마다 제23조의 구분에 따른 소관 도로(제13조에 따른 고속국도 또는 일반국도의 지선을 포함한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)에 대하여 도로건설ㆍ관리계획(이하 "건설ㆍ관리계획"이라 한다)을 수립하여야 한다. 다만, 제15조제2항에 따른 국가지원지방도에 대해서는 국토교통부장관이 건설ㆍ관리계획을 수립한다.

② 건설ㆍ관리계획은 종합계획에 부합하여야 한다.

(2) A어 construction컨스트^r럭션 and앤드 management매너지먼트 plan플랜 shall섈 conform컨^f폼 to투 the^ð더 comprehensive캄프^r리헨시^v브 plan.플랜

③ 건설ㆍ관리계획에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 포함하여야 한다.

④ 도로관리청은 건설ㆍ관리계획을 수립하려는 때에는 도로 건설과 관련된 사항에 대해서는 미리 관계 행정기관의 장의 의견을 들어야 하며, 필요한 경우 관할 지방자치단체의 장에게 자료의 제출을 요구할 수 있다.

⑤ 국토교통부장관이 제1항에 따라 건설ㆍ관리계획을 수립하는 경우 제9조에 따른 도로정책심의위원회의 심의를 거쳐야 하고, 시ㆍ도지사가 건설ㆍ관리계획을 수립하는 경우에는 국토교통부장관과 협의하여야 하며, 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 건설ㆍ관리계획을 수립하는 경우에는 특별시장ㆍ광역시장 또는 도지사와 협의하여야 한다.

⑥ 도로관리청은 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 도로의 재산적 가치를 조사ㆍ평가하여 이를 건설ㆍ관리계획에 반영하여야 하고, 관련 자료를 체계적으로 관리하여야 한다. 이 경우 도로의 재산적 가치에 대한 조사ㆍ평가는 「국가회계법」 제11조에 따른 국가회계기준에 적합하여야 한다.

⑦ 도로관리청은 건설ㆍ관리계획을 수립한 경우에는 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 고시하여야 한다.

⑧ 이미 수립된 건설ㆍ관리계획을 변경하는 경우에는 제5항 및 제7항의 규정을 준용한다. 다만, 대통령령으로 정하는 경미한 사항을 변경하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
