도시 및 주거환경정비법 시행령 제40조(조합임원의 수)

법 제41조제1항에 따라 조합에 두는 이사의 수는 3명 이상으로 하고, 감사의 수는 1명 이상 3명 이하로 한다. 다만, 토지등소유자의 수가 100인을 초과하는 경우에는 이사의 수를 5명 이상으로 한다.
