도시 및 주거환경정비법 시행령 제44조(대의원회)

① 대의원은 조합원 중에서 선출한다.

(1) Delegates델러게잇츠 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð디 association어소우시에이션 members.멤버즈

② 대의원의 선임 및 해임에 관하여는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따른다.

(2) The^ð디 appointment어포인트먼트 and앤드 dismissal디스미슬 of어^v브 delegates델러게잇츠 shall섈 be비 governed거^v번드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association.어소우시에이션

③ 대의원의 수는 법 제46조제2항에 따른 범위에서 정관으로 정하는 바에 따른다.

(3) The^ð더 number넘버 of어^v브 delegates델러게잇츠 shall섈 be비 set셋 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association어소우시에이션 within위^ð딘 the^ð더 range^r레인지 under언더 Article아터클 46 (2) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act.액트

④ 대의원회는 조합장이 필요하다고 인정하는 때에 소집한다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 때에는 조합장은 해당일부터 14일 이내에 대의원회를 소집하여야 한다.

⑤ 제4항 각 호의 어느 하나에 따른 소집청구가 있는 경우로서 조합장이 제4항 각 호 외의 부분 단서에 따른 기간 내에 정당한 이유 없이 대의원회를 소집하지 아니한 때에는 감사가 지체 없이 이를 소집하여야 하며, 감사가 소집하지 아니하는 때에는 제4항 각 호에 따라 소집을 청구한 사람의 대표가 소집한다. 이 경우 미리 시장ㆍ군수등의 승인을 받아야 한다.

⑥ 제5항에 따라 대의원회를 소집하는 경우에는 소집주체에 따라 감사 또는 제4항 각 호에 따라 소집을 청구한 사람의 대표가 의장의 직무를 대행한다.

⑦ 대의원회의 소집은 집회 7일 전까지 그 회의의 목적ㆍ안건ㆍ일시 및 장소를 기재한 서면을 대의원에게 통지하는 방법에 따른다. 이 경우 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 대의원회의 소집내용을 공고하여야 한다.

(7) The^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 delegates델러게잇츠 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 by바이 notifying노우터^f파이잉 the^ð더 delegates,델러게잇츠 at앳 least리스트 seven세^v븐 days데이즈 before비^f포 the^ð더 meeting,미팅 in인 writing^r라이팅 stating스테이팅 the^ð더 purpose,퍼퍼스 agenda,어젠다 date데잇 and앤드 time,타임 and앤드 place플레이스 of어^v브 the^ð더 meeting.미팅 In인 this^ð디스 case,케이스 the^ð더 convocation칸^v버케이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 delegates델러게잇츠 shall섈 be비 publicly퍼블리클리 announced어나운스트 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association.어소우시에이션

⑧ 대의원회는 재적대의원 과반수의 출석과 출석대의원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다. 다만, 그 이상의 범위에서 정관으로 달리 정하는 경우에는 그에 따른다.

⑨ 대의원회는 제7항 전단에 따라 사전에 통지한 안건만 의결할 수 있다. 다만, 사전에 통지하지 아니한 안건으로서 대의원회의 회의에서 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 채택된 안건의 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

⑩ 특정한 대의원의 이해와 관련된 사항에 대해서는 그 대의원은 의결권을 행사할 수 없다.
