도시 및 주거환경정비법 시행령 제46조의4(통합심의의 방법과 절차)

① 법 제50조의2제3항에 따라 통합심의를 하는 경우 정비구역지정권자는 통합심의위원회 개최 7일 전까지 회의 안건과 심의에 참여할 위원을 확정하고, 회의 일시, 장소 및 회의에 부치는 안건 등 회의 내용을 회의에 참여하는 위원에게 알려야 한다.

② 통합심의위원회의 회의는 제1항에 따라 참여가 확정된 위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(2) A어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð디 integrated인터그^r레이티드 deliberation딜리버^r레이션 committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 confirmed컨^f펌드 to투 take테이크 part파트 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), and앤드 shall섈 pass패스 resolutions^r레절루션즈 with위^ð드 the^ð디 approval어프^r루^v블 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

③ 통합심의위원회의 회의를 개의할 때에는 법 제50조의2제3항 각 호의 위원회 위원(통합심의 안건과 직접 관련이 없는 위원회 위원은 제외한다)이 각각 1명 이상 출석해야 한다.

④ 통합심의위원회는 통합심의와 관련하여 필요하다고 인정하거나 정비구역지정권자가 요청하는 경우에는 당사자 또는 관계자를 출석하게 하여 의견을 듣거나 설명하게 할 수 있다.

⑤ 통합심의위원회는 사업시행계획인가와 관련된 사항, 당사자 또는 관계자의 의견 및 설명, 관계 기관의 의견 등을 종합적으로 검토하여 심의해야 한다.

(5) The^ð디 integrated인터그^r레이티드 deliberation딜리버^r레이션 committee커미티 shall섈 deliberate딜리버^r럿 after애^f프터 comprehensively캄프^r리헨시^v블리 reviewing^r리^v뷰잉 matters매터즈 related^r릴레이티드 to투 the^ð디 authorization오^θ써^r러제이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 project프^r라젝트 implementation임플러멘테이션 plan,플랜 the^ð디 opinions어피니언즈 and앤드 explanations엑스플러네이션즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 parties파티즈 or오 persons퍼슨즈 concerned,컨선드 the^ð디 opinions어피니언즈 of어^v브 related^r릴레이티드 agencies,에이전시즈 and앤드 the^ð더 like.라이크

⑥ 통합심의위원회는 회의를 할 때 회의내용을 녹취하고, 다음 각 호의 사항을 회의록으로 작성해야 한다.

⑦ 통합심의위원회의 회의에 참석한 위원에게는 예산의 범위에서 수당 및 여비를 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원인 위원이 소관 업무와 직접 관련되어 위원회에 출석하는 경우에는 그렇지 않다.

⑧ 통합심의위원회의 업무를 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 필요한 때에는 통합심의위원회에 분과위원회를 둘 수 있다.

⑨ 분과위원회에서 의결한 사항은 통합심의위원회 위원장에게 보고하고 통합심의위원회의 심의를 거쳐야 한다.

(9) Matters매터즈 resolved^r리잘^v브드 by바이 a어 subcommittee서브커미티 shall섈 be비 reported^r리포티드 to투 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð디 integrated인터그^r레이티드 deliberation딜리버^r레이션 committee커미티 and앤드 shall섈 go고우 through^θ쓰^r루 deliberation딜리버^r레이션 by바이 the^ð디 integrated인터그^r레이티드 deliberation딜리버^r레이션 committee.커미티

⑩ 제1항부터 제9항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 통합심의위원회 및 분과위원회 운영에 필요한 사항은 통합심의위원회의 의결을 거쳐 통합심의위원회 위원장이 정한다.
