도시 및 주거환경정비법 시행령 제87조의2(자금차입 신고의 방법)

법 제111조의2에 따른 자금차입의 신고는 추진위원회 또는 사업시행자(시장ㆍ군수등과 토지주택공사등은 제외한다)가 자금을 차입한 날부터 30일 이내에 자금을 대여한 상대방, 차입일, 차입액, 이자율, 상환기한 및 상환방법을 기재한 자금차입계약서의 사본을 관할 시장ㆍ군수등에게 제출하는 방법으로 한다.
