도시 및 주거환경정비법 시행령 제87조(협회의 감독)

① 국토교통부장관은 법 제110조제2항에 따라 협회의 업무에 대한 조사 또는 검사가 필요하면 소속 공무원으로 하여금 그 사무소에 출입하여 조사하거나 검사하게 할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 협회의 업무를 조사하거나 검사하는 공무원은 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 관계인에게 내보여야 한다.
