Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Improvement of Urban Areas and Residential Environments, Article 88 (Accounting Audits)
법 제112조에 따라 시장ㆍ군수등 또는 토지주택공사등이 아닌 사업시행자 또는 추진위원회는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 회계감사를 받아야 한다.
Under Article 112 of the Act, a project implementer or promotion committee other than the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, etc. or the Korea Land and Housing Corporation, etc. shall undergo an accounting audit in any of the following cases:
1. 법 제112조제1항제1호의 경우에는 추진위원회에서 사업시행자로 인계되기 전까지 납부 또는 지출된 금액과 계약 등으로 지출될 것이 확정된 금액의 합이 3억5천만원 이상인 경우
1. In the case of Article 112 (1) 1 of the Act, where the sum of the amounts paid or spent before the handover from the promotion committee to the project implementer and the amounts confirmed to be spent under contracts, etc. is 350 million won or more;
2. 법 제112조제1항제2호의 경우에는 사업시행계획인가 고시일 전까지 납부 또는 지출된 금액이 7억원 이상인 경우

3. 법 제112조제1항제3호의 경우에는 준공인가 신청일까지 납부 또는 지출된 금액이 14억원 이상인 경우
