도시 및 주거환경정비법 제111조의2(자금차입의 신고)

추진위원회 또는 사업시행자(시장ㆍ군수등과 토지주택공사등은 제외한다)는 자금을 차입한 때에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 자금을 대여한 상대방, 차입액, 이자율 및 상환방법 등의 사항을 시장ㆍ군수등에게 신고하여야 한다.
