도시 및 주거환경정비법 제124조(관련 자료의 공개 등)

① 추진위원장 또는 사업시행자(조합의 경우 청산인을 포함한 조합임원, 토지등소유자가 단독으로 시행하는 재개발사업의 경우에는 그 대표자를 말한다)는 정비사업의 시행에 관한 다음 각 호의 서류 및 관련 자료가 작성되거나 변경된 후 15일 이내에 이를 조합원, 토지등소유자 또는 세입자가 알 수 있도록 인터넷과 그 밖의 방법을 병행하여 공개하여야 한다. <개정 2022.6.10>

② 제1항에 따라 공개의 대상이 되는 서류 및 관련 자료의 경우 분기별로 공개대상의 목록, 개략적인 내용, 공개장소, 열람ㆍ복사 방법 등을 대통령령으로 정하는 방법과 절차에 따라 조합원 또는 토지등소유자에게 서면으로 통지하여야 한다.

③ 추진위원장 또는 사업시행자는 제1항 및 제4항에 따라 공개 및 열람ㆍ복사 등을 하는 경우에는 주민등록번호를 제외하고 국토교통부령으로 정하는 방법 및 절차에 따라 공개하여야 한다.

④ 조합원, 토지등소유자가 제1항에 따른 서류 및 다음 각 호를 포함하여 정비사업 시행에 관한 서류와 관련 자료에 대하여 열람ㆍ복사 요청을 한 경우 추진위원장이나 사업시행자는 15일 이내에 그 요청에 따라야 한다.

⑤ 제4항의 복사에 필요한 비용은 실비의 범위에서 청구인이 부담한다. 이 경우 비용납부의 방법, 시기 및 금액 등에 필요한 사항은 시ㆍ도조례로 정한다.
