도시 및 주거환경정비법 제130조(정비구역의 범죄 등의 예방)

① 시장ㆍ군수등은 제50조제1항에 따른 사업시행계획인가를 한 경우 그 사실을 관할 경찰서장 및 관할 소방서장에게 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2021.8.10>
