도시 및 주거환경정비법 제136조(벌칙)

1. 제29조제1항에 따른 계약의 방법을 위반하여 계약을 체결한 추진위원장, 전문조합관리인 또는 조합임원(조합의 청산인 및 토지등소유자가 시행하는 재개발사업의 경우에는 그 대표자, 지정개발자가 사업시행자인 경우 그 대표자를 말한다)
