도시 및 주거환경정비법 제42조(조합임원의 직무 등)

① 조합장은 조합을 대표하고, 그 사무를 총괄하며, 총회 또는 제46조에 따른 대의원회의 의장이 된다.

② 제1항에 따라 조합장이 대의원회의 의장이 되는 경우에는 대의원으로 본다.

(2) Where웨어 the^ð디 association어소우시에이션 president프^r레저덴트 chairs체어즈 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 delegates델러게잇츠 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), he히 or오 she쉬 shall섈 be비 deemed딤드 a어 delegate.델러게잇

③ 조합장 또는 이사가 자기를 위하여 조합과 계약이나 소송을 할 때에는 감사가 조합을 대표한다.

④ 조합임원은 같은 목적의 정비사업을 하는 다른 조합의 임원 또는 직원을 겸할 수 없다.
