도시 및 주거환경정비법 제46조(대의원회)

① 조합원의 수가 100명 이상인 조합은 대의원회를 두어야 한다.

② 대의원회는 조합원의 10분의 1 이상으로 구성한다. 다만, 조합원의 10분의 1이 100명을 넘는 경우에는 조합원의 10분의 1의 범위에서 100명 이상으로 구성할 수 있다.

③ 조합장이 아닌 조합임원은 대의원이 될 수 없다.

④ 대의원회는 총회의 의결사항 중 대통령령으로 정하는 사항 외에는 총회의 권한을 대행할 수 있다.

⑤ 대의원의 수, 선임방법, 선임절차 및 대의원회의 의결방법 등은 대통령령으로 정하는 범위에서 정관으로 정한다.
