Act on the Improvement of Urban Areas and Residential Environments, Article 50-2 (Integrated Deliberation of Project Implementation Plans)

① 정비구역의 지정권자는 사업시행계획인가와 관련된 다음 각 호 중 둘 이상의 심의가 필요한 경우에는 이를 통합하여 검토 및 심의(이하 "통합심의"라 한다)하여야 한다. <개정 2025.1.31>

② 사업시행자가 통합심의를 신청하는 경우에는 제1항 각 호와 관련된 서류를 첨부하여야 한다. 이 경우 정비구역의 지정권자는 통합심의를 효율적으로 처리하기 위하여 필요한 경우 제출기한을 정하여 제출하도록 할 수 있다.

③ 정비구역의 지정권자가 통합심의를 하는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 위원회에 속하고 해당 위원회의 위원장의 추천을 받은 위원, 정비구역의 지정권자가 속한 지방자치단체 소속 공무원 및 제50조에 따른 사업시행계획 인가권자가 속한 지방자치단체 소속 공무원으로 소집된 통합심의위원회를 구성하여 통합심의하여야 한다. 이 경우 통합심의위원회의 구성, 통합심의의 방법 및 절차에 관한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2025.1.31>
