독점규제 및 공정거래에 관한 법률 시행령 제11조(시장지배적사업자의 추정)

① 법 제6조에 따른 시장점유율은 제2조에 따른 시장점유율로 한다.

② 법 제6조 각 호 외의 부분에 따른 연간 매출액 또는 구매액은 해당 사업자가 법 제5조를 위반한 혐의가 있는 행위의 종료일(해당 행위가 인지일이나 신고일까지 계속되는 경우에는 그 인지일이나 신고일을 말한다)이 속하는 사업연도의 직전 1년 동안 공급하거나 구매한 상품 또는 용역의 금액(상품 또는 용역에 대한 간접세를 제외한 금액을 말한다. 이하 같다)으로 한다.

③ 법 제6조에 따라 시장지배적사업자를 추정하는 경우에는 해당 사업자와 그 계열회사를 하나의 사업자로 본다.

(3) When웬 presuming프^r리주밍 a어 market-dominant마킷-다머넌트 enterpriser엔터프^r라이저 under언더 Article아터클 6 of어^v브 the^ð디 Act,액트 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 enterpriser엔터프^r라이저 and앤드 its잇츠 affiliates어^f필리잇츠 shall섈 be비 regarded^r리가디드 as애즈 a어 single싱글 enterpriser.엔터프^r라이저
