Enforcement Decree of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act, Article 14 (Scope of Specially Related Persons)

① 법 제9조제1항 각 호 외의 부분 본문에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 특수한 관계에 있는 자"란 회사 또는 회사 외의 자와 다음 각 호의 관계에 있는 자(이하 "특수관계인"이라 한다)를 말한다.
