Enforcement Decree of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act, Article 29 (Submission of Reports on the Business of Holding Companies, etc.)
① 법 제18조제7항에 따라 지주회사는 해당 사업연도 종료 후 4개월 이내에 지주회사등에 대한 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 사업내용에 관한 보고서를 공정거래위원회에 제출해야 한다.
(1) Under Article 18 (7) of the Act, a holding company shall submit to the Fair Trade Commission, within four months after the end of the relevant business year, a report on the business of holding companies, etc. containing the following matters:
1. 다음 각 목의 일반 현황
1. General status according to the following items:
가. 명칭 및 대표자의 성명
(a) Name and the name of the representative;
나. 소재지
(b) Location;
다. 설립일
(c) Date of establishment;
라. 사업내용
(d) Business lines.
2. 다음 각 목의 재무 현황
2. Financial status according to the following items:
가. 납입자본금
(a) Paid-in capital;
나. 자본총액
(b) Total capital;
다. 부채총액
(c) Total liabilities;
라. 자산총액
(d) Total assets.

5. 특수관계인(국외 계열회사는 제외한다. 이하 이 호에서 같다)을 상대방으로 하거나 특수관계인을 위한 거래행위로서 법 제26조제1항 각 호의 거래행위 현황(벤처지주회사가 제출하는 경우로 한정한다)
5. The status of transactions under each subparagraph of Article 26 (1) of the Act that are conducted with specially related persons (excluding overseas affiliates; the same applies hereinafter in this subparagraph) as counterparties or for specially related persons (limited to where submitted by a venture holding company)
6. 그 밖에 제1호부터 제5호까지에 준하는 사항으로서 지주회사등의 사업내용 확인에 필요하다고 공정거래위원회가 정하여 고시하는 사항
6. Other matters equivalent to those in subparagraphs 1 through 5 that the Fair Trade Commission determines and publicly notifies as necessary for verifying the business of holding companies, etc.
② 제1항에 따른 보고서에는 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부해야 한다.
(2) The following documents shall be attached to the report under paragraph (1):
1. 지주회사등의 직전 사업연도의 대차대조표ㆍ손익계산서 등 재무제표(「주식회사 등의 외부감사에 관한 법률」에 따라 연결재무제표를 작성하는 기업의 경우에는 연결재무제표를 포함한다)
1. Financial statements of the holding company, etc. for the immediately preceding business year, such as the balance sheet and income statement (including consolidated financial statements, for a company that prepares consolidated financial statements under the Act on External Audit of Stock Companies)
2. 제1호에 따른 재무제표에 대한 감사인의 감사보고서(법 제31조제1항 전단에 따라 지정된 공시대상기업집단에 속하는 회사 및 「주식회사 등의 외부감사에 관한 법률」에 따라 외부감사의 대상이 되는 회사로 한정한다)
2. The auditor's audit report on the financial statements under subparagraph 1 (limited to companies belonging to a business group subject to disclosure designated under the first sentence of Article 31 (1) of the Act and companies subject to external audit under the Act on External Audit of Stock Companies)

③ 공정거래위원회는 제1항 및 제2항에 따라 제출된 보고서 또는 첨부서류가 미비한 경우 기간을 정하여 해당 서류의 보완을 명할 수 있다.
(3) Where the report or attached documents submitted under paragraphs (1) and (2) are incomplete, the Fair Trade Commission may order supplementation of the documents by setting a period.
④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 지주회사등의 사업내용에 관한 보고서의 제출 방법 및 절차 등에 관하여 필요한 세부사항은 공정거래위원회가 정하여 고시한다.
(4) Detailed matters necessary for the method and procedures for submitting reports on the business of holding companies, etc., other than those prescribed in paragraphs (1) through (3), shall be determined and publicly notified by the Fair Trade Commission.
