Enforcement Decree of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act, Article 33 (Board Resolution and Disclosure of Large-Scale Internal Transactions)

① 법 제26조제1항 각 호에 따른 거래행위(이하 "대규모내부거래"라 한다)의 규모는 그 거래금액(같은 항 제4호의 경우에는 분기에 이루어질 거래금액의 합계액을 말한다)이 다음 각 호의 금액 중 낮은 금액 이상인 것으로 한다. <개정 2023.5.30>
