독점규제 및 공정거래에 관한 법률 시행령 제68조(소 제기 등의 통지)

① 분쟁당사자는 분쟁조정 신청 후 해당 사건에 대해 소를 제기한 경우에는 지체 없이 그 사실을 협의회에 알려야 한다. <개정 2023.12.12>

② 협의회는 제1항에 따른 사실을 통지받거나 제65조제1항에 따라 제출받은 분쟁조정신청서를 통해 분쟁조정이 신청된 사건에 대해 소가 제기된 사실을 확인한 경우에는 분쟁당사자의 동의를 받아 다음 각 호의 사항을 수소법원(受訴法院)에 알려야 한다. <신설 2023.12.12>

③ 분쟁당사자는 법 제77조의2제1항에 따라 수소법원이 소송절차를 중지한 경우에는 지체 없이 그 사실을 협의회에 알려야 한다. <신설 2023.12.12>

④ 협의회는 법 제77조의2제1항에 따라 수소법원이 소송절차를 중지한 분쟁조정 사건에 대해 법 제77조제3항에 따라 조정신청을 각하하거나 같은 조 제4항에 따라 조정절차를 종료한 경우에는 분쟁당사자의 동의를 받아 다음 각 호의 사항을 수소법원에 알려야 한다. <신설 2023.12.12>
