독점규제 및 공정거래에 관한 법률 제74조(협의회의 회의)

① 협의회 위원장은 협의회의 회의를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다.

② 협의회는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(2) A어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð더 Council카운슬 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 all올 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 present프^r레전트 and앤드 shall섈 make메이크 decisions디시전즈 with위^ð드 the^ð디 affirmative어^f퍼머티^v브 votes^v보우츠 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

③ 협의회 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 공정거래위원회 위원장이 지명하는 협의회 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

④ 조정의 대상이 된 분쟁의 당사자인 사업자(이하 "분쟁당사자"라 한다)는 협의회에 출석하여 의견을 진술할 수 있다.
