마약류 관리에 관한 법률 제36조(대마재배자의 보고)

① 대마재배자는 총리령으로 정하는 바에 따라 대마초의 재배 면적과 생산 현황 및 수량을 특별자치시장ㆍ시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2016.2.3>

② 대마재배자는 그가 재배한 대마초 중 그 종자ㆍ뿌리 및 성숙한 줄기를 제외하고는 이를 소각(燒却)ㆍ매몰하거나 그 밖에 그 유출을 방지할 수 있는 방법으로 폐기하고 그 결과를 총리령으로 정하는 바에 따라 특별자치시장ㆍ시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2016.2.3>
