모자보건법 제15조의5(건강진단 등)

① 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람은 건강진단 및 예방접종(이하 "건강진단 등"이라 한다)을 받아야 한다. 다만, 다른 법령에 따라 같은 내용의 건강진단 등을 받은 경우에는 이 법에 따른 건강진단 등을 받은 것으로 갈음할 수 있다. <개정 2015.12.22, 2019.1.15>

② 산후조리업자는 제1항에 따른 건강진단 등을 받지 아니한 사람과 다른 사람에게 위해를 끼칠 우려가 있는 질병이 있거나 질병이 있는 것으로 의심되는 사람에게 격리 등 근무제한 조치를 하여야 한다. <개정 2015.12.22, 2019.1.15>

③ 산후조리업에 종사하는 사람은 제2항에 따른 질병과 관련하여 「의료법」 제3조에 따른 의료기관 및 「지역보건법」 제2조제1호에 따른 지역보건의료기관에서 「감염병의 예방 및 관리에 관한 법률」 제2조제13호에 따른 감염병환자 또는 같은 조 제14호에 따른 감염병의사환자라는 진단을 받은 경우에는 그 사실을 지체 없이 산후조리업자에게 알려야 한다. <신설 2019.1.15>

④ 제1항에 따른 산후조리업에 종사하는 사람의 범위, 건강진단 등의 실시방법 및 제2항에 따른 질병의 종류, 의심되는 사람의 범위는 각각 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2015.12.22, 2019.1.15>
