민사소송법 제106조(화해한 경우의 비용부담)
Civil Procedure Act, Article 106 (Bearing of Costs in Case of Settlement)
당사자가 법원에서 화해한 경우(제231조의 경우를 포함한다) 화해비용과 소송비용의 부담에 대하여 특별히 정한 바가 없으면 그 비용은 당사자들이 각자 부담한다.
Where the parties reach a settlement in court (including the case under Article 231), and they have not specifically agreed on who bears the costs of the settlement and the litigation costs, each party shall bear its own costs.
