민사소송법 제13조(선적이 있는 곳의 특별재판적)

선박 또는 선박의 건조, 매매, 수선, 관리, 항해ㆍ입항ㆍ출항ㆍ정박(예선 및 도선을 포함한다) 등에 관한 일로 선박소유자, 그 밖의 선박이용자에 대하여 소를 제기하는 경우에는 선적이 있는 곳의 법원에 제기할 수 있다. <개정 2026.3.17>
