민사소송법 제352조의2(협력의무)

①제352조에 따라 법원으로부터 문서의 송부를 촉탁받은 사람 또는 제297조에 따른 증거조사의 대상인 문서를 가지고 있는 사람은 정당한 사유가 없는 한 이에 협력하여야 한다.

②문서의 송부를 촉탁받은 사람이 그 문서를 보관하고 있지 아니하거나 그 밖에 송부촉탁에 따를 수 없는 사정이 있는 때에는 법원에 그 사유를 통지하여야 한다.
