민사소송법 제421조(소송기록의 반송)

소송이 완결된 뒤 상고가 제기되지 아니하고 상고기간이 끝난 때에는 법원사무관등은 판결서, 제402조에 따른 명령 또는 제402조의3에 따른 결정의 정본을 소송기록에 붙여 제1심 법원에 보내야 한다. <개정 2024.1.16>
