민사소송법 제502조(담보를 공탁할 법원)

①이 편의 규정에 의한 담보의 제공이나 공탁은 원고나 피고의 보통재판적이 있는 곳의 지방법원 또는 집행법원에 할 수 있다.

②담보를 제공하거나 공탁을 한 때에는 법원은 당사자의 신청에 따라서 증명서를 주어야 한다.

③이 편에 규정된 담보에는 달리 규정이 있는 경우를 제외하고는 제122조ㆍ제123조ㆍ제125조 및 제126조의 규정을 준용한다.
