민사조정법 제37조(절차비용)

① 조정절차의 비용은 조정이 성립된 경우에는 특별한 합의가 없으면 당사자들이 각자 부담하고, 조정이 성립되지 아니한 경우에는 신청인이 부담한다.

② 조정신청이 제36조제1항에 따라 소송으로 이행(移行)되었을 때에는 제1항의 비용은 소송비용의 일부로 본다.
