민사집행법 제143조(특별한 지급방법)

①매수인은 매각조건에 따라 부동산의 부담을 인수하는 외에 배당표(配當表)의 실시에 관하여 매각대금의 한도에서 관계채권자의 승낙이 있으면 대금의 지급에 갈음하여 채무를 인수할 수 있다.

②채권자가 매수인인 경우에는 매각결정기일이 끝날 때까지 법원에 신고하고 배당받아야 할 금액을 제외한 대금을 배당기일에 낼 수 있다.

③제1항 및 제2항의 경우에 매수인이 인수한 채무나 배당받아야 할 금액에 대하여 이의가 제기된 때에는 매수인은 배당기일이 끝날 때까지 이에 해당하는 대금을 내야 한다.
