민사집행법 제153조(불출석한 채권자)

①기일에 출석하지 아니한 채권자는 배당표와 같이 배당을 실시하는 데에 동의한 것으로 본다.

②기일에 출석하지 아니한 채권자가 다른 채권자가 제기한 이의에 관계된 때에는 그 채권자는 이의를 정당하다고 인정하지 아니한 것으로 본다.
