민사집행법 제156조(배당이의의 소의 관할)

①제154조제1항의 배당이의의 소는 배당을 실시한 집행법원이 속한 지방법원의 관할로 한다. 다만, 소송물이 단독판사의 관할에 속하지 아니할 경우에는 지방법원의 합의부가 이를 관할한다.

②여러 개의 배당이의의 소가 제기된 경우에 한 개의 소를 합의부가 관할하는 때에는 그 밖의 소도 함께 관할한다.

③이의한 사람과 상대방이 이의에 관하여 단독판사의 재판을 받을 것을 합의한 경우에는 제1항 단서와 제2항의 규정을 적용하지 아니한다.
