민사집행법 제157조(배당이의의 소의 판결)

배당이의의 소에 대한 판결에서는 배당액에 대한 다툼이 있는 부분에 관하여 배당을 받을 채권자와 그 액수를 정하여야 한다. 이를 정하는 것이 적당하지 아니하다고 인정한 때에는 판결에서 배당표를 다시 만들고 다른 배당절차를 밟도록 명하여야 한다.
