민사집행법 제174조(선박국적증서 등의 제출)

①법원은 경매개시결정을 한 때에는 집행관에게 선박국적증서 그 밖에 선박운행에 필요한 문서(이하 "선박국적증서등"이라 한다)를 선장으로부터 받아 법원에 제출하도록 명하여야 한다.

②경매개시결정이 송달 또는 등기되기 전에 집행관이 선박국적증서등을 받은 경우에는 그 때에 압류의 효력이 생긴다.
