민사집행법 제19조(담보제공ㆍ공탁 법원)

①이 법의 규정에 의한 담보의 제공이나 공탁은 채권자나 채무자의 보통재판적(普通裁判籍)이 있는 곳의 지방법원 또는 집행법원에 할 수 있다.

②당사자가 담보를 제공하거나 공탁을 한 때에는, 법원은 그의 신청에 따라 증명서를 주어야 한다.

③이 법에 규정된 담보에는 특별한 규정이 있는 경우를 제외하고는 민사소송법 제122조ㆍ제123조ㆍ제125조 및 제126조의 규정을 준용한다.
