금ㆍ은붙이는 그 금ㆍ은의 시장가격 이상의 금액으로 일반 현금화의 규정에 따라 매각하여야 한다. 시장가격 이상의 금액으로 매수하는 사람이 없는 때에는 집행관은 그 시장가격에 따라 적당한 방법으로 매각할 수 있다.
