방문판매 등에 관한 법률 제23조(금지행위)

1. 재화등의 판매에 관한 계약의 체결을 강요하거나 청약철회등 또는 계약 해지를 방해할 목적으로 상대방을 위협하는 행위

2. 거짓 또는 과장된 사실을 알리거나 기만적 방법을 사용하여 상대방과의 거래를 유도하거나 청약철회등 또는 계약 해지를 방해하는 행위 또는 재화등의 가격ㆍ품질 등에 대하여 거짓 사실을 알리거나 실제보다도 현저히 우량하거나 유리한 것으로 오인시킬 수 있는 행위
