방문판매 등에 관한 법률 제30조(계속거래업자등의 소비자에 대한 정보제공의무 등)

① 계속거래 또는 사업권유거래(이하 "계속거래등"이라 한다)를 업으로 하는 자(이하 "계속거래업자등"이라 한다)는 대통령령으로 정하는 금액 및 기간 이상을 거래조건으로 하는 계속거래등에 관한 계약을 체결하는 경우에는 계약을 체결하기 전에 소비자(사업권유거래에서 재화등을 구매하는 자를 포함한다. 이하 이 장에서 같다)가 계약 내용을 이해할 수 있도록 다음 각 호의 사항을 설명하여야 한다.

② 계속거래업자등은 재화등의 판매에 관한 계약을 체결할 때에는 제1항 각 호의 사항을 적은 계약서를 소비자에게 발급하여야 한다.

③ 계속거래를 업으로 하는 자는 소비자에게 용역을 공급하는 계약으로서 소비자의 별도 의사표시가 없는 한 자동으로 갱신되는 계약을 체결한 경우에는 그 계약 종료일의 50일 전부터 20일 전까지의 기간에 소비자에게 종료일이 다가오고 있음을 서면이나 전자우편으로 통지하여야 한다. 다만, 거래기간이 2개월 이내의 계약인 경우나 소비자가 재계약 체결 또는 계약 갱신의 의사를 표시한 경우에는 그 통지를 생략할 수 있다.

④ 계속거래업자등이 미성년자와 제1항에 따른 계약을 체결하는 경우에는 제7조제3항을 준용한다.

⑤ 계속거래업자등은 제1항 및 제2항에 따라 소비자에게 설명하거나 표시한 거래조건을 신의에 좇아 성실하게 이행하여야 한다.
