계속거래업자등과 계속거래등의 계약을 체결한 소비자는 계약기간 중 언제든지 계약을 해지할 수 있다. 다만, 다른 법률에 별도의 규정이 있거나 거래의 안전 등을 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
