방송법 제103조(권한의 위임ㆍ위탁)

① 이 법에 따른 과학기술정보통신부장관 또는 방송미디어통신위원회의 권한은 그 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 소속 기관의 장 또는 시ㆍ도지사에게 위임하거나 다른 행정기관의 장, 그 행정기관의 소속 기관의 장에게 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26, 2021.6.8, 2025.10.1>
