법원조직법 제50조(파견근무)

대법원장은 다른 국가기관으로부터 법관의 파견근무 요청을 받은 경우에 업무의 성질상 법관을 파견하는 것이 타당하다고 인정되고 해당 법관이 파견근무에 동의하는 경우에는 그 기간을 정하여 이를 허가할 수 있다.
